Vettukad church is a famous pilgrim center in Trivandrum, Kerala. The Church is also known as the Madre De Deus Church and is specially renowned among the pilgrims and tourists for the ‘Feast Of Christ The King’ celebration. Vettukad church is located by the Arabian Sea and it is within 3 Km from Shanghumugham Beach. The feast of Christ the King is celebrated in the 3rd Sunday of November every year.
